Air raid sirens sound in Israel near border with Lebanon

JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Air raid sirens went off in northern Israel on Thursday and Israeli television reported that missile defenses shot down a drone that crossed the border from Lebanon.

Israel’s military did not provide immediate details.
