President Trump released a video statement following the House vote to impeach him for “incitement of insurrection.”

Mr. Trump, the first president in American history to be impeached twice, said there should be “no violence, no lawbreaking, and no vandalism” in any planned demonstrations ahead of next week’s inauguration.
