President Biden appeared briefly in a virtual meeting one day after testing positive for COVID-19. Even as the president isolates in the White House residence, he took part in three virtual meetings on Friday — including one with his economic team. The president’s voice was scratchy and he coughed several times during the eight minutes covered by the press. His doctor said Mr. Biden’s symptoms have improved after running a temperature of 99-point-4 degrees fahrenheit.
