U.S., allies growing impatient with Iran on nuclear talks

The United States says the world is growing impatient with Iran when it comes to nuclear talks. The Biden administration says diplomatic efforts to get Iran back to nuclear negotiations are at a “critical place.” And according to U-S special envoy for Iran Robert Malley, international patience with Iranian delays in returning to the talks is “wearing thin.”Malley says there is a “deep and growing” concern about Iran’s continued intransigence and refusal to commit to a date to resume the negotiations. Former President Trump withdrew the U-S from the Iran nuclear deal in 2018.
