Unruly air travelers still a problem on passenger flights


Bad behavior on passenger flights is getting better, but it’s still a big problem. Federal officials say unruly passengers are becoming a bit less common on airline flights, but they are still causing disruptions at twice the rate of late last year. The Federal Aviation Administration says its zero-tolerance policy – including fines against more passengers – is helping. Congressman Peter DeFazio of Oregon is calling for more criminal prosecutions of unruly passengers and wants to see airports stop selling alcohol to go.
