FBI probes alleged assault by group of male Afghan refugees (Audio)

(SRN News) The FBI is investigating a group of male Afghan refugees after they allegedly assaulted a female U.S. soldier in New Mexico.

The Public Affairs department at the Fort Bliss Army post confirms the allegation of a Sept 19th assault of a female service member by a small group of male evacuees at the Dona Ana Complex in New Mexico.

Fort Bliss says it takes the allegation seriously, has referred the matter to the FBI and is stepping up security. Sen. Ted Cruz was one of a number of lawmakers pointing to the hasty and botched US exit from Afghanistan. He said on twitter that Joe Biden “had no idea who he brought into the US.”

In an unrelated cast 2 Afghan men being housed in Wisconsin were indicted on federal charges of domestic violence and assaulting a child.

The White House has claimed that all Afghans coming to this country would be thoroughly vetted.
