Supreme Court to hear critical California pro-life case.

Abortion advocates and the pro-life community turn their eyes to the Supreme Court again this spring. The centers argue that the rule violates their First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of speech. Legal experts say the right to refrain from speaking is an important one. Courts have ruled that a state cannot compel Jehovah’s Witnesses to display a license plate that violates their beliefs. The Supreme Court is expected to deliver its ruling by late June.
